WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR RETURN
The cancellation of an order is free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Mosaicshop has already received payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs will be deducted from this amount (only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery man take it back unopened).
You have a cooling off period of 14 calendar days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions to this are products assembled especially for you or products ordered especially for you. The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging. For more information, see article [X] of our general terms and conditions.
Would you like to return the entire order? You should send items that have already been received back to the return address below. Mosaicshop will refund the entire purchase price. The shipping costs for the return are to be paid by you.
Also when you return a part of your order, the shipping costs will be at your expense. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be reported to Mosaicshop in writing. This can be done by e-mail, fax or post. You must always state your full name and invoice number.
In order to refund amounts already paid (in case of advance payment), we also need your bank account number. Customers from outside Belgium also need to provide the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you give for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Mosaicshop. This in connection with possible fraud with refunds.
Any sums already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
